Starting October 2nd to Nov 10th Monday~ 1:30 – 5pm Tuesday~ 1:30 – 5pm Wednesday ~ 1:30 – 5pm Thursday ~ 8:30am -11:30 / 2-5pm Friday ~ 8:30am -11:30 / 1 – 4pm
Study and practice break from Nov 11th to 29th
Then the finale of the course will be wrapping things up – practice together, assignments presented, practice teaching, and final exam — Thursday Nov 30th 8:30am to 11:30 / 2-5pm , Friday Dec 1st 8:30am to 11:30 / 1-4pm, Sunday Dec 3rd 8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 -4pm and Monday Dec 4th 1:30 – 5pm
- Mornings will include Meditation, Pranayama & a set Vinyasa (flow) sequence which will be adapted to become ones personal practice.
- The afternoons will introduce the Fundamentals of Anatomy such as the muscles & bones, joint function, body types and injuries. As well as a break down of the poses covered in the sequence including variations and modifications.
- History and Philosophy will be introduced with the primary focus begin the Yoga Sutras, the historical guide to enlightenment. Using the sutras we will assist each other as we learn more about our conscious and sub conscious self.
